Welcome to the Resources Portal for the Tier II and Tier III Vistelar Conflict Management Training Program

You have received access to this portal because you will be participating in the Vistelar Tier II train-the-trainer training program that will be held from Monday, April 4 to Weds, April 6 at EDII/8101A (Flex Center) on the UAMS campus.

Then, some of you will continue for Tier III training on April 7th and 8th.

Please access the Forum and do the following:

• Tell us a little about yourself in the “Get To Know Each Other” topic
• Let us know what you think are the three biggest conflict management issues facing UAMS in the “Biggest Issues” topic

Here are some additional pre-class assignments:

• Complete the Tier I online on-demand course in MyCompass
• Complete the Tier II online on-demand course in MyCompass
• Complete these two forms prior to the start of class:

  • Instructor Agreement

  • Release of Liability

• If you are only attending the Tier II Training:
  • On page 4 – Exhibit A – Curriculum – enter the following:
    • Class Title:  UAMS Tier II Training
    • Class Location: Little Rock, AR
    • Workbook Titles: Personal Protection Instructor, Positive Interventions and Stabilization Instructor
• If you are also attending the Tier III Training:
  • On page 4 – Exhibit A – Curriculum — enter the following:
    • Class Title:  UAMS Tier II and Tier III Training
    • Class Location: Little Rock, AR
    • Workbook Titles: Personal Protection Instructor, Positive Interventions and Stabilization Instructor
